Paddy & Scott's
We first built the original Paddy & Scott’s ecommerce website in 2011. Since then, they’ve grown into a grande business. In the meanwhile, we’ve added a bespoke CRM system for them, and built a QCC app for their cafés.
At the end of 2013 they successfully rebranded to reflect their new status and to add a very British tone of voice to the brand. With this, in early 2014, it was time to bring the website in line, and to also make it fully responsive.
To streamline their business paddy & Scott’s asked if we could build them a secure trade account area, where customers could quickly and easily log in and place orders.
With the 2014 rebuild, and a shift in the business, this grew into being backed up by a very specific trade facing portion of the site.
As Paddy & Scott’s have a massive trade customer base, they needed a CRM system that seamlessly worked with their ecommerce and trade offerings, that fitted the way in which they did business. Unable to find an off-the-shelf solution that ticked all the boxes, we were commissioned to build one from scratch for them.
The Paddy & Scott’s website is one that gets lots of recognition, it’s helped secure some big contracts for them and their web sales continue to grow.
It’s been great fun working on the re-launch of the Paddy & Scott’s website. The guys just get it, they intuitively know what we want to achieve and make it work.
