Secure Website Hosting
Shouldn’t I just go for the cheapest hosting option? It is important to consider how you will host your new website to ensure that it is secure, works quickly and is backed-up regularly.
We have a range of hosting options available on our secure shared servers and will ensure that your website is hosted on the most appropriate package for your needs.
Monitoring & Support
We provide 24/7 x 365 day monitoring and first line support to ensure maximum uptime of your website as well as ensuring the server has all the latest security patches. In case there are any difficulties, we also keep 90 days worth of backups of your code and your database.
- Server Resources – Space on a high quality shared server or a dedicated server where necessary.
- Server Monitoring – Our team monitors all sites for both stability and resource usage.
- Server Support – Should any problems arise we have two lines of support – our infrastructure team for server configuration and resource management and then our development team for code problems.
- Server Security – Our infrastructure team applies the latest security patches to our servers on a weekly basis.

Why do I need support after my website has launched? We prefer to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and watch them develop and grow as we do, so for the majority of our clients we provide ongoing support after we have launched a website or built a new system.
Our monthly support packages provide a range of services from minor alterations and content updates, continuous development of technical functionality and marketing activity and can be tailored to suit your needs.
If you are a small company and prefer to leave the content management of your website to us, we are happy to load content in the form of blogs, copy updates, promotions, images, news, stories and products or anything that you would like your customers to know about.
If you would prefer your support package to be used to cover long-term ongoing functional developments, then we can do that too.
Marketing and ad-hoc
Some of our customers like to use their support time for marketing activity, which may include updates to the content of their website to tie-in with other online marketing activities which we are managing on their behalf.
Flexibility to suit you
Our support packages can start from as little as one hour per month and some of our clients like to use it for a combination of any of the above the services. What’s more, you are not tied into any long term contract and can increase, decrease or stop the amount of support you have at any time.
