Gourmet coffee producers, Paddy & Scott's are a well known brand in East Anglia and have been striving to become better known on a national scale. Their range of high quality coffee is sold nationally by Waitrose and Tesco and following a successful year of trading they have just opened their second branded cafe, replacing a Costa unit in a commercial environment.
When approached by Scott Russell, he needed to rethink the Paddy & Scott's online presence which had been heavily focused on trade sales and the retail offering had become stale. With a splash of design for the new user interface and shifting the site to our bespoke ecommerce platform we have helped to give their online sales an invigorating boost.
Since the relaunch of their website, we have provided online and social marketing to help the brand gain exposure through the use of traditional email marketing and the Coffee Community. Our quirky, Is It Time for a Coffee? minisite went viral and helped to drive traffic through to the ecommerce website providing a further boost to sales.
